What are my requirements?
The diver must be certified as an SSI Open Water Diver (or have a qualifying certification from another organisation).
Complete a sanctioned CPR and first aid program within the past 24 months. The React Right Specialty course meet these requirements.
Minimum age: 15 years old
How long will it take?
A minimum of three confined water dives and three open water dives are required to complete this program.
Where can I go from there?
You can go on to become a Master Diver which is highest non-professional level in the SSI system.
The Stress and Rescue specialty is a requirement for all professional level SSI dive courses. You can become a pro by doing the Divemaster course.
